LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON CARRIER
Gerber Legendary Blades warrants to the original purchaser that the carrier system of the purchaser's Gerber® hydration pack is free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing during the useful life of its fabric component. The carrier system consists of the parts of the pack other than the reservoir, bite valves and tubing.

LIMITED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY ON ENTIRE PRODUCT
Gerber Legendary Blades warrants to the original purchaser that the purchaser's entire Gerber® hydration pack is free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within two (2) years after the date of purchase.

Terms Applicable to Both Warranties
Gerber Legendary Blades will, at its option, either repair or replace, free of charge, any parts found to be defective during the term of the applicable warranty above, or will replace the pack with an equivalent product. Such repair or replacement shall be the sole liability of Gerber Legendary Blades and the sole remedy of the purchaser for breach of warranty. It is natural for equipment used outdoors to experience fading of colors and deterioration of materials over time; and such fading and deterioration is not considered to be an indication of a defect.

These warranties apply only to packs used for personal, family or household purposes, and do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care or maintenance. To obtain warranty service, the pack must be returned to Gerber Legendary Blades, postage prepaid, at 14200 SW 72nd Avenue, Portland, OR 97224

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES; AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL FISKARS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
